CREEC and co-counsel National Center for Lesbian Rights (NCLR) and Feinberg Jackson Worthman & Wasow LLP resolved a lawsuit brought by San Francisco gay widower Robert Pritchard against the IUOE Stationary Engineers Local 39 Pension Plan. CREEC attorney Julie Wilensky and client Robert Pritchard. The pension plan is now paying Mr. Pritchard the spousal survivor benefit – a joint and survivor annuity.
