Teneng v. Trump

CREEC and co-counsel filed a class action lawsuit against former President Trump and ICE for violating the constitutional rights of immigrants detained at FCI Victorville.

CREEC v. DHS and ICE

CREEC filed a series of Freedom of Information Act requests in August and September 2017 seeking information on a wide range of issues, including the deaths of detained people, medical care, mental health care, solitary confinement, and sexual assault in several private ICE facilities. When the documents were not forthcoming, CREEC filed suit.
