Anderson v. Colorado Department of Corrections and Decoteau v. Raemisch: companion lawsuits challenging the lack of outdoor exercise for prisoners in solitary confinement in the Colorado DOC. Settlement resulted in construction of outdoor exercise yards at the Colorado State Penitentiary.
Arellano v. Colorado Department of Revenue and Smart Start: charges filed with the Colorado Civil Rights Division alleging that a Deaf man who was required to install an interlock system on his car was not provide a sign language interpreter during installing and training.
Center for Rights of Parents with Disabilities v. Colorado Homeless Families, Inc.: lawsuit challenging the refusal of a social service provider to consider SSDI and other disability benefits as income for eligibility purposes.
Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center v. US Department of Homeland Security & US Immigration and Customs Enforcement: a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit to demand ICE release requested records about two immigration detention centers.
Colorado Cross-Disability Coalition v. Abercrombie & Fitch Co.: lawsuit challenging the raised porch entrances at Hollister stores.

*Fry v. City of Northglenn, CO: lawsuit challenging the City’s failure to provide effective communication for a Deaf crime victim.
*Kurlander v. Kroenke Arena Co.: class action lawsuit challenging the lack of captioning for sporting events at the Pepsi Center.
Lofland v. Perry Park Filing #3 Architectural Control Committee: lawsuit challenging the refusal of a homeowners association to permit a resident family to park an RV next to their house that was therapeutically necessary for their autistic son.
National Association of the Deaf (NAD) and Gogo: agreement to provide closed captions on in-flight entertainment systems.
*Hotel Transportation Cases: lawsuits challenging inaccessible shuttle transportation services at hotels across the nation in CREEC et al. v. Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc., CREEC et al. v. *Langford v. Bullock: negotiations and monitoring to achieve ADA compliance at Montana State Prison.
*Lucas v. City and County of Denver: class action challenging ticketing and seating policies at Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre for patrons who use wheelchairs or other mobility devices.
*Medi-Cal Civil Rights Complaint: administrative complaint challenging discrimination against Latin@ individuals in Medi-Cal, California’s Medicaid program.
Moeller v. Taco Bell Corp.: lawsuit challenging inaccessible fast food restaurants in California.
*Online Content Captioning Cases: lawsuits challenging the lack of captions for thousands of online videos made available to the public by Harvard University and MIT.
Pritchard v. IUOE Stationary Engineers Local 39 Pension Plan: lawsuit challenging a union pension plan’s denial of a mandatory survivor benefit to the same-sex widower of a hotel telecommunications engineer.
*Red Line Civil Rights Complaint: administrative complaint challenging Maryland’s decision to strip Baltimore of transportation funding, which has had a disparate impact on African-American residents of Baltimore.
Reiskin v. Regional Transportation District: lawsuit challenging the accessibility of RTD’s light rail vehicles.
