Join The Founders’ Circle

CREEC established the Founders’ Circle in 2024 to honor our Founding Directors Tim Fox and Amy Robertson. Tim and Amy founded CREEC in 2013 because they believed that the model that had been successful in their private firm could develop into a successful nonprofit, continuing to litigate impact disability rights cases and providing a platform for non-litigation activities like individual advocacy and educational programs. This Circle recognizes people who give at $2,500 and above.

  • Do you participate in Colorado Gives? CREEC is an approved nonprofit.
  • CREEC accepts planned giving donations, workplace matches, donations of stock, 401k and IRA distributions, gifts from donor advised funds, and corporate donations, and CY Pres awards. Thank you for considering CREEC for your meaningful gift!
  • Would you like to leave a legacy of disability justice ? A legacy gift is an incredibly impactful way to ensure future generations can continue accessing high-quality legal support in the fight for civil rights. You can add a bequest through your will, retirement accounts, or life insurance.
  • To do this, you need to provide the language to your estate planner, such as:
  • I give ___ percent of my estate, or description of asset, or ___ dollars to Civil Rights Education and Enforcement Center, a nonprofit corporation for its general use.
  • To discuss these options, please reach out to Patricia Cronin, CFRE, Development Director at pcronin@creeclaw.org.

CREEC is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization (EIN: 46-2463157). Donations are tax-deductible as charitable contributions to the full extent permitted by law. Please visit our GuideStar profile for more information, as well as State Disclosures.
