CREEC fights hard to ensure that everyone can fully and independently participate in our nation’s civic life without discrimination based on race, gender, disability, religion, national origin, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. We actively challenge discrimination through education and advocacy and in the courtroom through impact litigation and direct representation.
Our docket is diverse and our impact is big, winning landmark cases that have brought systemic change on behalf of those most vulnerable to civil rights discrimination and assisting many people with their individual claims.
